1. What we sell

Soloist sells digital products — templates, spreadsheets, guides and similar files. All sales are delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.

2. Your licence

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use it for your own business and your own client projects.

• You may use and adapt the templates for yourself and your clients.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or publish the templates as your own product.
• You may not share your download links or files publicly.

3. Payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Updates

Products include free updates for the lifetime of the product. We may improve, change, or retire products over time; your existing downloads remain yours.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website, attempt to breach its security, or use our products for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer

Our products — including any contract or financial templates — are provided for general informational purposes and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring they fit your circumstances and jurisdiction.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soloist is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
