Refund Policy

We want every purchase to feel like a great decision. If a toolkit isn't right for you, we'll make it right — no drama.

The 14-day guarantee

Every Soloist product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within 14 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@soloist.pro from the address you used to buy, with your order number (it starts with SOL-). We'll process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

No need to justify it

We won't interrogate you. A simple 'it wasn't for me' is enough. We'd genuinely rather have a happy non-customer than an unhappy one.

Fair use

Because these are digital products that can't be 'returned', we reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, downloading, and refunding the entire catalogue. This is rare and we apply it with common sense.

Bundles & upgrades

If you bought an individual product and later upgrade to a bundle, email us — we'll credit what you already paid toward the bundle.
